Our final artwork
This is our final sketch. We choose the innovation of the transportation that evolves the car through time as the metaphor of our concept which is "Innovation in Creative Multimedia"
Innovation in creative multimedia (essay)
Creativity is the effort to make something exists and is unique, which comes from original thinking does not generally occur in the usual way. Many companies are trying to create a good culture to achieve its vision and mission, one of the many cultures developed by the company is innovative. If we are in one of the many institutions that work culture is an innovative one, then be thankful and that is good news! If there's good news, of course there's the bad news, bad news is that many of us want that culture be realized in a single night!
In the opinion of many experts, the innovation process is determined more by the form of creativity. So this should be the primary elements of the mainframes of all institutions that wish to develop innovative culture. Begin the process of creativity crucial element is the smallest institution-Human Resources-it is a concrete step, starting with creating the field of creativity at work every day will eventually provide an efficient and maximum results. Disclosure of creative ideas at a forum and provide rewards for creative ideas to improve the effectiveness of assessed work will encourage other creative ideas are more creative of course. May the survivors be personally useful and innovative! As you ponder your goal and determine the best course to achieve it, you will need some creative ways of thinking and facing challenges that will arise. The most creative-thinkers out there will encourage you to think outside your box and to consider even the wildest of ideas.
Creativity also has relation with innovation. As we know, Innovation is Adoption of a practice, process, or a new paradigm by a community - not just a new product or service or the process of adaptation, arrangement or acceleration of the things that already exist with the aim of providing value-added. In creativity, innovation also has bond with motivation . Sample, Someone with natural ability or placed in the right environment may not take advantage of it unless motivated. Intrinsically motivated individuals tend to expend more effort and create more output and synergistic extrinsic motivation better enables a person to complete an endeavour. On the other hand, non-synergistic extrinsic motivation leads to a person feeling controlled and manipulated and is incompatible with intrinsic motivation. Specific motivators such as material reward, progress to the ideal self, self-determination, self-evaluation, feedback, enjoyment, competency expansion, recognition and feasibility can all be quantitatively measured and monitored.
Over time, with all of today's technological progress is the accumulation of human knowledge discovery from the slim until today. This means that the invention is an integral part of human history. discovery is one key factor of social change. Social human beings interacting in a social system to comply with the norms, beliefs, and the prevailing local wisdom in it. Whenever the present invention, the existing social order will have changes. Upon the acceptance of new discovery, then there will be social change, ie, starting from the changes in behavior, both individually, collectively or changes in the social system. And it also has technique to do a litlle things to make that be a big things. Based from that technique, there are three ways technique to make it better such as handmade, natural and machine.
Despite, it also has function and concept to realize that things. For the concept it could be in creative types, and there is common belief that some people just are more creative and certain theorists argue for creativity characteristics such as tolerance of ambiguity and intolerance for conformity. However, traits are notoriously difficult to detect and not stable nor transferable across situations. Also, motivation is thought to be more important than traits – this is similar to possessing high intelligence - one must be motivated to improve and apply it.

For vocational experience which could relation with fthe function. That experience which results from a natural life-long interest and curiosity in many subjects and experiences.Depth versus Breadth. Juxtaposition
In this class i learned about Juxtaposition, what is Juxtaposition? Juxtaposition can be defined as placing two variable, side by side and their contrast or similarity are shown through comparison. Many creative processes rely on juxtaposition. By juxtaposing two objects or words next to each other, human brain will automatically associate or transfer meaning. Usually ‘turning’ something familiar to something less familiar or vice-versa.
In literature and film, juxtaposition is the arrangement of two opposing ideas, characters, objects, etc. side-by-side or in similar narratives for effect. Juxtaposition techniques are used to further develop the storyline or characters - it is applied variously to opposing emotions, abstract concepts, character traits/values, or images...

The Last Song
This is a novel i've read, and i'm trying to make a summary of it for my blog :p
One summer, Ronnie and her brother, Jonah, went to visit their Dad in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Jonah is all excited to meet his Dad, while Ronnie is extremely mad because she thought that her Dad left the family for another woman. But then, she meet Blaze, who introduced her to Marcus, Blaze's cruel boyfriend, that have a big interest in Ronnie. Ronnie also met a really handsome beach volleyball player, Will Blakelee. Her Summer just got better and better until she finally discovered the main reason her mom sent her to visit her Dad.

Method of creative thinking
In this class they explained to us more about how to make a mind map what is it for etc. but first they explained to us about creativity as a process of divergent thinking that is followed by convergent thinking, and all of those things involves brain storming, everything needs a perfect planning to make a perfect result, even when we're making a mind map we need to do some brain storming first to know what or how will it end up.
Mind mapping is introduced by Tony Buzan, this is a great tool for idea generation and brainstorming. It enhance both sides of the human brain and widely used in taking notes, research or generating new ideas. A creative Mind Map is able to stimulate and create interest to the individual and also to the viewer.

i've choosen this quote for my last assignment on alpha. i think this quote explains to us that womens doesn't match up, i think it is more because womens usually becomes ignorance when they are listening to musics, they ignore they're surroundings..
And as a final task, my lecturers told me to make a poster of it
But in this poster i define this quote more to how womens shouldnt be dated by music because they need something more than just music.. :D

Novelty, Creativity, Innovation and Invention.
3 points in one class, the first thing is about novelty, it is a perception of something as being new by an individual or something that is new for all humanity in its development through ages.
The second point is creativity, it is the process of generating something new that has value or recombine existing ideas in a unique way.
Finaly innovation and inventions, Innovation is the process of making improvements by introducing something new, the realization of a creative idea in a social context, while inventions are the things that they discover while innovating, thats why inventors are the ones that takes the existing knowledge and create new ideas.

Defining Creativity
What i've learned in this class is that creativity is the ability to think up and design new inventions, produce works of art, solve problems in new ways, or develop an idea based on an original, novel, or unconventional approach.
But i another way, creativity could be defined as an ability to imagine or invent something new, an attitude to accept changes that is ahppening around us with a flexible outlook, and as a process that continuously improves with new ideas and solutions.
